Bangers with chilli, or herbs  from the country

Eat them with mash, on a plate from nans pantry

Love em with ketchup or dollops of mayo

Infuse them with garilc, because my nan says so

Bratwurst  with thin lines of mustard to spruce

Chorizo the sizzler, all hot and spicey

Lincolnshire  sizzles and spits just nicely

smothered in curry the saveloy drowns

Black pudding a mix up, like the face of a clown

Eat them for comfort on a cold winters day
